Designed for the small enterprise or new venture, this Entry-level CNC router is designed for small -envelope projects (up to 4×4’).
Repeatable Precision cutting, routing, routing, engraving, and marking are built into this design.
Each router model incorporates the following components and design features typically found on more expensive models:

• Masso or NK105-G3 controller
• 3HP Spindle capable of 24000RPM
• CSK linear guiderails to ensure repeatability and accuracy
• Precision TBI ball screws for uniform cutting
• Cast aluminum gantry to ensure cross-table uniform, linear cutting
• T-slot and vacuum table for doubly immobilizing production material
• Sturdy bolted leg frame which can be disassembled to relocate the B1 into spaces with a tight entry prior to assembly

A versatile, compact machine designed for environments requiring enhanced safety features and noise suppression. The C1 series is selected by shops where operations and admin staff are near-located. These design features have also made the C1 series the machine of choice for a number of aerospace, universities, colleges and secondary schools because of their safety, noise, and dust suppression cover.
The compact design is carried one step further with the integrated drawers for storing the machine’s tools, operators’ accessories, chiller (for ATC) and vacuum pump inside the machine… limiting the need for separate storage and reducing misplaced parts.

The C3 is a large CNC router. This machine is customizable in scale allowing you to select between a linear or carousel tool changer.

The FML Series, as stationary or mobile units, was designed for marking and engraving of metals (direct) and marking on the fly (continuous process on the assembly line).
As a stationary unit the fiber marking laser is connected to the support gantry. The handheld (or mobile) function allows the laser to be placed on larger items that would not fit under the standard FML support gantry.
The FML Series advantage… speed with power. Designed for durability, the machine is virtually maintenance-free and consumes little power.
Purpose designed for production work and marking/engraving to create items such as barcodes, QR codes or serial numbers.

• Annealing – discolors the material and is superficial
• Polish – polishes the material as it were and is superficial
• Etch – burns into the material (also removes material) and is a durable permanent engraving
